She told me my hotspot was used the previous day, which is a lie because my phone was out of service pending my online payment which didn’t post due to the fourth of July holiday.When I told her that didn’t make sense she told me I didn’t need the hotspot time anyway.At a time when most cell phone companies were charging high fees for data usage and international texting, Metro PCS was offering a flat a month fee with unlimited texting and data, along with a monthly plan which allowed for unlimited international texting, as well as calls to landline phones. So you automatically charge your customers without their consent and knowledge, then insist they have to take their time to correct this or they are stuck. Are you will to pay me for MY TIME at my current rate? I have been a customer for about 6yrs in Tacoma, Wa and I moved over to this part of the State and I have been treated poorly Everytime I have been in the local franchise.
Reply Upgraded my phone, was not offered (nor would I want) the insurance. I have paid my bill every month that I have been a customer and I had an issue with my phone sending random calls and texts and emails to wherever.
Answer 1: The phone number for Metro PCS is (214) 570-5800. This month a different operator gave me the excuse that the system was refreshing that’s why it showed usage.
Hours later nothing changed so I contacted a rep by their chat line. Just like the previous operator, France Marie is an imbecile who made up excuses because she has no technical knowledge.
