Updating mcs 150

You may submit your MCS-150 electronically or by mail.

A carrier files an MCS-150 when obtaining the US DOT number.

The FMCSA is now saying that for the January 2013 CSA calculations, if a carriers MCS-150 has not been updated since 2010, the data provided will not be used.

Instead, the calculation will use a default of averages over the previous 18 months.
